About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Support Worker to join our team at Able Australia. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing active support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to participate in day-to-day activities and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing person-centered support to individuals with disabilities
- Assisting clients with daily tasks and activities
- Participating in activities and outings with clients, such as swimming and community events
- Using intermediate computer skills to document client information and manage client relationships
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care and support
Requirements:
- Experience providing support to individuals with disabilities
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to use client management tools
- Right to work in Australia and NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
