Senior Disability Support Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Disability Support Team Lead to join our team at WISE EMPLOYMENT LTD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support services to individuals with disabilities in Tasmania.
About the Role:- Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Location: Hobart, Tasmania
- Job Type: Full-time
As a Senior Disability Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Support Workers, providing direct support to individuals with disabilities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes for participants.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of Support Workers to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, promoting community inclusion, independence, decision-making, choice, and control
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop, monitor, and review individual participant plans, achieving desired program outcomes
- Manage financial and budgetary resources, ensuring effective use of resources and meeting contractual obligations
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated experience in successfully leading or managing a team
- Proven ability to achieve desired program outcomes, with a sound understanding of disability services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Able to use initiative and handle a variety of activities concurrently, with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational, time management, and presentation skills
- Current driver's license and own transport
