About the Role

As a Disability Support and Return to Work Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals recover from injury or illness and successfully return to work. This exciting opportunity is perfect for recent graduates or allied health professionals looking to enter the rehabilitation industry.

You will be part of a supportive team based in Australia, working with clients across various locations. Your knowledge and experience will be invaluable in developing tailored rehabilitation programs and providing support for clients to restore their functional performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
  • Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop tailored rehabilitation programs accordingly
  • Provide support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work
  • Pre-employment health and functional assessments (initial and ergonomic)
  • Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Nurses, Psychologists, or Social Workers
  • Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
