Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll work closely with clients, families, and carers to develop and implement personalized support plans that promote positive behavior and independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and develop evidence-based support plans that cater to the unique needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality support services that prioritize client-centered care
  • Build the capacity and knowledge of those who support our clients, including family members, carers, and friends
  • Work collaboratively within a dynamic and supportive team environment

Requirements

  • Registration as a Suitable or Core NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • Completed a degree-level qualification in an allied health profession or related field
  • Experience in creating, implementing, and reviewing behavior support plans
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
