We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our NDIS team in Hobart. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support and services to participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
The successful candidate will have proven experience in leading or managing a team, achieving desired program outcomes, and developing knowledge of the Disability Services Sector. They will also possess strong organisational, time management, and presentation skills.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with our established Team Leader to ensure a streamlined service for all stakeholders of the NDIS@WISE team based in Hobart. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring financial and budgetary resources, as well as contractual obligations to forecast and deliver business performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a sound understanding of how to develop, monitor, and regularly review individual participant plans in collaboration with participants and their families/carers. You will also need to show the ability to use initiative and handle a variety of activities concurrently with minimal supervision.
