Salary Range: AU$55,000 - AU$65,000 per annumAbout the RoleJob Description:The Reception / Facilities Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Sydney office. This position involves providing exceptional customer service to staff, clients, and visitors, as well as coordinating events, meeting room bookings, and other office functions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with prior experience in concierge, events coordination, hospitality or related fields. The ideal candidate will be friendly, welcoming, and well-organised, with a positive outlook and ability to thrive in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client expectations
- Meet and greet clients and contractors, guiding them through the sign-in process
- Cover reception desk duties, keeping the area tidy and presentable
- Coordinate bookings of meeting and conference rooms
- Support the broader facilities team in planned and corrective maintenance
- Issue access cards and assist with relevant security processes
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier deliveries
- Act as key point of contact for all event tickets
- Oversee office supplies management
