As a Corporate Receptionist, you will be the face of our esteemed client, managing their busy front desk and assisting the wider team with administrative duties. Duties:
- Manage the front desk and switchboard, ensuring seamless communication
- Coordinate meeting rooms and board rooms to facilitate smooth operations
- Book and coordinate client appointments with precision
- Support Executive Assistants during periods of high workload
- Order stationery and manage administrative tasks
About You:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a reception or administration role
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- A professional and personable manner, with excellent multitasking skills
- A confident ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional coordination and presentation skills
