With a focus on creating meaningful connections and crafting memorable experiences, you'll oversee front-of-house operations, manage events, and ensure our workspace is always presentable and welcoming. A keen eye for detail and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.

Key responsibilities will include meeting and greeting clients, connecting people with the right solutions, organising day-to-day meetings, and providing audio-visual support using Microsoft Teams. You'll also manage contracts, including kitchen consumables, stationery, and coordinate contractor deliveries with our loading dock.

A successful Executive Office Coordinator will have a proven track record in administration or concierge roles, with experience in hospitality management also considered. You'll be confident in using internal AV systems, possess outstanding customer service skills, and have a friendly and outgoing personality.

**Salary:** AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
