Transform Customer Communications with Data-Driven Journey Design

We're seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to elevate our customer engagement strategies. In this role, you'll craft bespoke, automated journeys that interact with customers at every lifecycle stage – from onboarding and post-sale interaction through to reactivation and long-term retention.

You'll shift our approach from isolated email campaigns to continuous, insight-driven programs that are both customer-centric and intelligent. You'll merge technical expertise with marketing strategy to deliver meaningful, measurable results – ensuring every interaction adds value to our customers and strengthens their bond with our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven customer journeys that increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Build and manage automated, multi-step journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, making them personalised and insight-led.
  • Enhance existing lifecycle programs and introduce new automation opportunities where gaps exist.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align lifecycle marketing with business objectives.
  • Define and track key performance metrics, running A/B tests and applying insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Advocate best practice in lifecycle marketing and share results to educate and inspire stakeholders.

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in CRM, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and data extensions.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategies that drive retention and engagement.
  • Proven ability to design and implement automated, multi-step journeys.
  • Analytical mindset with experience turning data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and educate.
