Job Title: Insights Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Insights Strategist to lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of our Voice of Customer program. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to translate data into strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of our Voice of Customer program.
- Own and manage our survey platform (currently Qualtrics).
- Design and execute customer feedback surveys across the customer lifecycle, both tracking and ad-hoc surveys.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to inform decisions and improve experiences.

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, statistics or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in customer insights or quantitative research.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with an experience management program (e.g. Voice of Customer) and a survey management platform (e.g. Qualtrics).
- Strong excel or statistical analysis skills and familiarity with business intelligence tools.
