A strategic role in lifecycle marketing where you will design, build, and optimise personalised campaigns that connect with customers at every stage of their journey:

  • Build lifecycle journeys in Marketing Cloud.
  • Create email & SMS campaigns that drive engagement.
  • Apply data-driven insights and A/B testing to optimise performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate builds and troubleshoot efficiently.
  • Maintain campaign documentation & metrics reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation. Strong technical skills include Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio), HTML/CSS for responsive email templates, and experience in enterprise-scale campaigns.

You will have a collaborative, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and optionally Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus.
