Are you a marketing automation specialist with a passion for customer lifecycle management? Do you have expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a proven track record of designing and implementing automated customer journeys? We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Marketing Automation and Lifecycle Specialist.

About the Opportunity:

This is a 10-month fixed-term contract opportunity to take our customer communications to the next level. As a Marketing Automation and Lifecycle Specialist, you will be responsible for creating personalised, automated journeys that engage customers at every stage of their lifecycle – from onboarding and post-sale engagement through to reactivation and long-term retention.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align lifecycle marketing with business goals and define and track key performance metrics. Your analytical mindset and experience turning data into actionable insights will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver data-driven customer journeys that increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Build and manage automated, multi-step journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring they are personalised and insight-led.
  • Optimise existing lifecycle programs and introduce new automation opportunities where gaps exist.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align lifecycle marketing with business goals.
  • Define and track key performance metrics, running A/B tests and applying insights to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in CRM, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and data extensions.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategies that drive retention and engagement.
  • Proven ability to design and implement automated, multi-step journeys.
  • Analytical mindset with experience turning data into actionable insights.
