Building customer-centric marketing campaigns is a pivotal role in this industry. As a Customer Experience Strategist, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that drive growth, engagement and brand loyalty across global markets.

About the Role

This position involves leading multi-channel campaigns to captivate, convert and retain customers. Key responsibilities include designing lifecycle strategies, crafting automated communications for every stage of the customer journey and developing our global strategy to drive positive brand reputation across review channels.

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar marketing role and relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Proven track record in leading, planning and optimising integrated campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot or other.
  • Advanced skills in analysing campaign performance and customer behaviour using tools like Power BI, Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets to deliver measurable results.
  • Robust agency briefing and management skills, including hands-on experience in content creation, editing and familiarity with reporting analytics and social media.
  • An ability to work on big strategy plans as well as day-to-day tasks.
  • Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills.
  • Exceptional written and spoken communicator, with the ability to prepare performance reports and marketing communications.
  • Experience with Canva or similar creative tool.
