Customer Lifecycle Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to drive the next level of customer communications. This 10-month fixed term contract role will focus on creating personalized, automated journeys that engage customers throughout their lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and Automation Studio. Strong analytical skills and experience turning data into actionable insights are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver data-driven customer journeys that increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Build and manage automated, multi-step journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring they're personalized and insight-led.
- Optimize existing lifecycle programs and introduce new automation opportunities where gaps exist.
- 5+ years' experience in CRM, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and data extensions.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategies that drive retention and engagement.
- Analytical mindset with experience turning data into actionable insights.
