About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Casual Sales Assistant to join our team at Bonds Outlet Essendon store.

This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work day/nights and weekends across a Mon-Sunday roster.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for customers.
  • To be an active participant in sales and merchandising activities, driving business results and meeting targets.
  • To maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with company promotions and initiatives.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • An absolute passion for retail and customer service.
  • The ability to use initiative and think on your feet.
  • Clear and upbeat communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
  • Previous fashion retail experience is highly regarded but not essential.
