About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team at Pathfinder Recruitment. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing state-based events from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate events for the marketing department
  • Manage venue selection, budgets, and risk mitigation
  • Contract negotiations while ensuring it's within budget
  • Managing internal and external resources
  • Develop and manage a communications plan for the event
  • Conduct site visits to ensure the venues are what is required
  • Ensure all events are on brand
  • Manage facilities and guest services
  • Engage with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with vendors for event services
  • Analyze post-event feedback for improvement
  • Support broader event initiatives

About You:

  • Previous Events Manager experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • A people person who thrives on building internal relationships
  • A love for process enhancements and improvements
  • A customer-centric individual keen to help the customer or client at all times
  • High attention to detail, great organizational skills, and must be able to work to tight deadlines
