The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) is the leading standards body responsible for the training and education of specialists and GP obstetricians in obstetrics and gynaecology in Australia and New Zealand.

**Description**:
We are looking for a coordinator who will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and administration of committee meetings, events and training documentation. This is a part time (30 hours per week), 12-month parental leave position. Whilst we don't have a preference on all working days, we do require the incumbent in this role to be available to work on a Friday.
**Key Responsibilities**:
End to end management of local educational activities and events.
Provide high level administrative support/coordination to State & Territory Committees, attend Committee meetings and support for the Chairs of the State & Territory Committees.
Coordinate, process & review training assessment documentation submitted by trainees and rotations.
Assist in the delivery of Mock OSCEs and FRANZCOG Revision Course webinars.
Support the other State Member Engagement Coordinator to manage central college activities which include local workshops and meetings, FRANZCOG National selection and exams.
Contribute up to date information for college communications including College website, events, marketing, newsletter and correspondence.
Work collaboratively with College House staff, College members and respond to enquiries.
Contribute to the planning and design of departmental processes and documentation.
Undertake general office administration duties.
In collaboration with others, provide coverage of the State office during periods of staff leave.
Additional tasks relating to areas of responsibility as directed.
This role requires out of hours work on weekdays and weekends and may require some limited national travel. Time in lieu and flexible work arrangements are available.
**Skills and Experiences**:
High level interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus, including the ability to work as part of a team and to liaise effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Excellent administrative & organisational skills, particularly with respect to accuracy and detail.
Familiarity with procedures for meetings and knowledge of committee work, experience preparing agendas and minutes an advantage.
Demonstrated experience in planning and managing successful events and/or workshops.
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, whilst being resilient to an evolving organisation.
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines, set priorities and operate independently using your initiative within a small team environment.
Demonstrated knowledge, experience and skills using online computer platforms and relevant office software programs which include Microsoft Office. Ability to provide AV for Zoom Meetings and Webinars (technical ability is essential).
An interest in and commitment to issues concerning women's health; and an interest in health education, with a positive attitude towards developing further skills in an educational setting.
