Job Title: Commercial Enablement Professional

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Enablement Professional to empower our sales teams with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources for success. This role will bridge the gap between sales, marketing, and product teams, ensuring alignment and consistency in messaging.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Create personalized enablement journeys for various sales roles, including Sales Managers.
  • Develop and implement a product certification program for sales teams.
  • Analyze needs to identify required soft and sales skills, then develop programs to address these needs.
  • Design and build engaging systems, tools, and process enablement.
  • Maintain accurate and relevant enablement content.
  • Tailor and scale internal enablement content to support channel growth (agents, resellers).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs for enablement content.
  • Identify internal experts to deliver technical (product) training.
  • Analyze enablement metrics and post-training survey data to improve areas for improvement.

To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, and previous experience in designing and delivering sales enablement in the technology industry, particularly hardware or deep tech.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, familiarity with Salesforce and Google Suite applications, and the ability to create engaging and effective sales content (presentations, case studies, videos, e-learning, podcasts).
