We're seeking a skilled professional to revolutionize our sales strategy with innovative enablement solutions.
About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to drive sales success by developing and implementing role-based enablement journeys across multiple sales roles.
- Create personalized enablement experiences for various sales professionals
- Design and execute product certification programs
- Analyze sales skills requirements and design targeted training initiatives
- Develop engaging enablement content and systems
- Maintain accuracy and relevance of enablement materials
- Synchronize internal enablement content with business growth objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights for enablement content
- Identify subject matter experts for technical training sessions
- Evaluate enablement metrics and survey data to optimize training effectiveness
Your Background and Qualifications
We require a highly motivated individual with a strong background in sales enablement. Your qualifications should include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Previous experience designing and delivering sales enablement in the technology industry, particularly hardware or deep tech
- Sales enablement certification from a reputable source is an advantage
- Strong project management skills with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with sales teams
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Suite applications preferred
