We are seeking a skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to empower our sales teams with the knowledge and resources they need to succeed.

This role is crucial in bridging the gap between sales, marketing, and product teams, ensuring alignment and consistency in messaging.

  • Create customized enablement journeys for various sales roles, including Sales Managers
  • Develop and implement a product certification program for sales professionals
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify soft and sales skills requirements, and design programs to address these gaps
  • Design engaging systems, tools, and process enablement
  • Maintain accurate and relevant enablement content
  • Tailor internal enablement content to support channel growth (agents, resellers)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain inputs for enablement content
  • Identify subject matter experts to deliver technical training
  • Analyse enablement metrics and survey data to identify areas for improvement

About This Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience designing and delivering sales enablement in the technology industry, particularly hardware or deep tech
  • Sales enablement certification from a reputable source is an advantage
  • Managing end-to-end enablement projects with minimal supervision
  • Delivering training to all levels of the organization, tailoring content and approach as needed
  • Scheduling and managing training sessions (in-person and virtual)
  • Maintaining content and content platforms
  • Identifying and tracking key enablement metrics
  • Identifying cost-effective digital asset options
  • Understanding sales processes and familiarity with sales methodologies
  • Creating engaging sales content
  • Strong communication skills are required to collaborate with sales teams
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Suite applications is preferred
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience designing and delivering sales enablement
  • Sales enablement certification is an advantage
