
Sales Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to empower our sales teams with the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to succeed. The successful candidate will design and deliver sales enablement programs that drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
The role involves creating role-based enablement journeys across multiple sales roles, including Sales Managers. You will develop and implement a product certification program for sales, run needs analysis to determine soft and sales skills requirements, and develop programs to address these.
You will build engaging systems, tools, and process enablement, maintain enablement content to ensure accuracy and relevance, and tailor and scale internal enablement content to support channel growth (agents, resellers).
Collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential to obtain inputs to enablement content. You will identify internal experts to help deliver technical (product) training, analyze enablement metrics and post-training survey data to identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
- Sales enablement certification from a reputable source is an advantage.
- Strong communication and project management skills are required to collaborate with sales teams, understand their needs, and deliver effective enablement materials.
