About the Role

As a key player in our dynamic and highly engaged division, this position provides full service support to small business customers to drive their growth and success across multiple channels.


Main Responsibilities
  • Building meaningful relationships with small business customers and referral partners through personal conversations to deliver an integrated experience
  • Collaborating with the team to analyze credit applications and approve temporary excesses/increased limits up to your Delegated Commitment Authority (DCA)
  • Managing lending and product requests for small business customers with a focus on long-term portfolio growth
  • Owning customer retention activities to deepen our relationship with small business customers
