Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Small Business Lending Specialist to join our team.

  • This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Small Business customers.
  • You will work closely with referral partners and banking channels to deliver an exceptional experience for customers.
  • As a specialist, you will be embedded locally, working out of one of our branches, and identifying opportunities to build customer networks.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Small Business and Home Lending, with a proven ability to find and generate new business in the financial sector and local market.

  • Strong communication skills, enjoying meeting new faces and building relationships.
  • Track record of delivering results that exceed customer expectations.
  • Business acumen, ability to present details, and organisational skills, especially for managing workload independently.
