Job Title: Small Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Small Business Partner. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for helping small businesses grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with small business customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer needs and develop targeted proposals to meet their goals.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
