Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Small Business Financial Specialist to join our sales force in Melbourne. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Small Business customers, leveraging your knowledge of Home Lending and Business Lending to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain Small Business customers, working closely with referral partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to provide comprehensive solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Utilize industry insights and market trends to stay ahead of the competition and drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market analysis.

About the Role:

As a Small Business Financial Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire and retain Small Business customers. You will work closely with referral partners and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and build strong relationships with customers.
