The role offers full-time hours (Monday to Friday) in a dynamic service centre environment.

The successful candidate will be career driven, passionate about the financial services industry and eager to learn new skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all inbound and outbound calls related to the status of matters
  • Manage settlements bookings
  • Ensure clients' expectations are met through effective communication
  • Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client requirements daily
  • Take ownership of assigned client base

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a contact centre environment or customer-facing role
  • Demonstrated passion for servicing clients with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong data entry and PC skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive, self-managed attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills

Work Arrangements:

  • Full-time role: Monday to Friday
  • Office-based in Adelaide CBD
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
