About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at EnergyAustralia. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and ensuring the successful delivery of our Cyber Security technology program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and Manage Change: Conduct thorough assessments of change impacts and develop effective change management plans to ensure seamless execution.
  • Communicate and Engage: Create and execute communication and engagement plans to inform and involve stakeholders throughout the change process.
  • Risk and Resistance Management: Continuously assess and mitigate risks and resistance to change, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Enterprise-Wide Alignment: Ensure that initiatives and projects are aligned with EnergyAustralia's overall strategy and culture, considering enterprise-wide impacts.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to lead and manage stakeholders, influencing and communicating effectively to drive desired outcomes.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to challenge and understand underlying business rationale.
  • Agile Mindset: Possess an agile mindset, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn from experiments and new approaches.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to successfully manage change on multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project delivery governance.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a small team and across a large organizational structure.
  • Experience and Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in a change management role, with relevant change management qualification or accreditation (e.g., Prosci, APMG).
