We're seeking a high-calibre individual with a background in the building products or construction industry, preferably in a sales or commercial capacity. Your experience should have equipped you with strong leadership skills, enabling you to coach and manage a sales and manufacturing team effectively.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications, although this is not essential. What's crucial is your ability to develop trusted relationships with customers, promote our extensive range of products, and spearhead divisional growth.

This is an outstanding opportunity to make a significant impact on our national operations. You'll be exposed to key stakeholders at all levels within Stratco's corporate headquarters initially, before taking on autonomy and support as a manager of a key business unit.

You can expect a comprehensive induction period in Adelaide, where you'll gain a thorough understanding of our business, including manufacturing, operations, logistics, supply chain, and corporate administration. During this time, you'll develop valuable skills and build relationships that will serve you well in your future role.

Once you relocate to Alice Springs, you'll oversee the division's sales and marketing efforts, driving growth and expanding our customer base. This will involve developing new customers and nurturing existing relationships, promoting our products, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
