About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Director to lead our operations in Alice Springs. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional to take on a leadership role and drive business growth.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive sales growth and market share expansion.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the building products or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or commerce.
