Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, objectives, and challenges.
  • Analyze and map current business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop functional and non-functional requirements for new and existing systems.
  • Work with unstructured records documents and target operating models to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in designing and implementing new processes and systems.
  • Provide training and support to staff on new systems and processes.
  • Analyze and assess existing process effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvement plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in Business Analysis/Process Analysis.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification – A MUST.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum. This estimate is based on national averages and may vary depending on location and industry.
