**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core or Proficient status) to join our team in Port Macquarie. As a Behaviour Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting vulnerable members of the community by acting as an advocate and role model.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Evaluate, develop, and deliver evidence-based support plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to build knowledge, capacity, and strengths of those who support participants in their lives.
  • Work collaboratively to develop meaningful goals and practical strategies utilising a positive behaviour support framework.

**What We Offer:**

  • Competitive remuneration package including a generous base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, car allowance, phone, laptop, and salary packaging opportunities.

**Requirements:**

  • Current suitability confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at the Core or Proficient level.
  • Completed degree-level qualification as an allied health professional.
  • Report writing experience.
