The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Independent Living Support Specialist to join our team based in Hastings. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling our customers to live an independent and holistic life.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide support with daily living tasks around the home
  • Assist with hygiene and personal care
  • Chaperone activities outside the home environment
  • Support medication compliance, including prescription medication dispensation
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
Shift Schedule:

Tuesday and Wednesday: 10:00am - 3:00pm

Tuesday to Friday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Experience as a Disability Support Worker
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • NDIS Clearance, First Aid certification, and National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including mornings and afternoons
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff
