About the Role

We offer a rewarding career opportunity for an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about supporting people with disabilities. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing clients' needs, developing and implementing personalized plans, and delivering evidence-based therapies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' strengths and challenges
  • Develop and implement client-centered plans that promote independence and empowerment
  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services in clients' homes and community settings
  • Liaise with medical and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support client progress and program evaluation

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience working with clients with disabilities, particularly those with physical and intellectual disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail
