About the RoleWe offer a stable roster and opportunity to work extra hours based on business needs. Our Home Care Support Specialists play a vital role in delivering in-home support services to our aged care customers, enabling them to live independently and remain within their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality home care services, including assistance with daily living activities, social support, and transportation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve customer outcomes.
- A minimum 12 months experience in aged care or a related field, or completion of a Certificate III in Individual Support.
- Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle.
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
- Flexibility to work rosters between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
- A competitive hourly rate of $31.74 plus 11.5% superannuation.
- A travel allowance of $0.92 per kilometre, plus paid travel time.
- A stable roster and opportunity to work extra hours based on business needs.
- A traineeship opportunity for new starters to become certified in Individual Support.
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
