Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

The role involves conducting and documenting technical assessments on accounting matters across a wide variety of IFRS and US GAAP topics. You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as FP&A, procurement, tax, and legal to provide accounting guidance on material contracts, business initiatives, and new transactions.

You will support in creating and maintaining accounting policy processes, tools, and materials that efficiently intake and progress accounting issues and queries raised by teams. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of external reports and participate in decision-making related to financial and non-financial disclosures.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise and passion for accounting standards, with experience applying accounting principles under multiple reporting frameworks (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP)
  • Experience with topics common in SaaS/tech industries, such as equity or global subsidiaries
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, and CA/CPA or equivalent qualification
  • Detail-oriented and excellent communication skills to break down complex accounting topics for various stakeholders
  • Solutions-focused, risk-aware, not risk-averse, and a collaborative team player
