Motor Claims Examiner

Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage a large portfolio of motor claims in a fast-paced environment, dealing with various stakeholders, including Third Parties, Loss Adjusters, and Government Agencies.
  • Raise and settle claims in accordance with client service instructions and company guidelines, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Resolve complaints and achieve productivity levels as designated by management, while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Utilize analytical skills to recognize potential fraud/recovery indicators and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.


Requirements:




  • Minimum two years of motor claims experience, with a strong understanding of relevant state legislation and insurance policy interpretation.
  • Strong passion and drive to take ownership of a claim portfolio, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Energy and flexibility to work collaboratively with the Corporate team, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
