Motor Claims Specialist

About the Role
Sedgwick is seeking a skilled Motor Claims Consultant to manage and support our motor claims, end to end, and provide exceptional customer services to our clients and customers through proactive claims management.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all claims within your delegated authority;
- Meet, if not exceed, claim deadline as per our service level agreement;
- Ensure compliance with relevant service agreements and Codes; and
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience in managing motor claims;
- Customer service and claims handling experience (essential);
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills;
- The ability to work independently and within a team; and
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
