This position is responsible for managing and supporting motor claims, end-to-end, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers through proactive claims management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process all claims within delegated authority.
  • Meet, if not exceed, claim deadlines as per service level agreement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant service agreements and Codes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in managing motor claims.
  • Customer service and claims handling experience (essential).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
