About the Role
This position is responsible for managing and supporting motor claims, end-to-end, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers through proactive claims management.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all claims within delegated authority.
- Meet, if not exceed, claim deadlines as per service level agreement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant service agreements and Codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience in managing motor claims.
- Customer service and claims handling experience (essential).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently and within a team.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
