About the Role

This permanent full-time position offers flexible hybrid working arrangements, allowing you to work from home or our office locations.

  • End-to-end motor claims management, including raising payments and settling claims within client service instructions and company guidelines.
  • Achieve monthly productivity levels as designated by management and resolve complaints in accordance with company policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recognize potential fraud/recovery indicators for claims where applicable.
Your Skills and Qualifications

To be considered, you must possess:

  • Minimum two years' experience in motor claims, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks and high-quality results.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and external partners.
  • Ability to interpret insurance policies and maintain knowledge of relevant state legislation.
  • Stakeholder management skills, fostering strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
