Motor Claims Specialist

About the Role
Sedgwick is seeking a skilled Motor Claims Consultant to join our team. As a Motor Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our motor claims, end to end, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers through proactive claims management.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all claims within your delegated authority;
- Meet, if not exceed, claim deadline as per our service level agreement;
- Ensure compliance with relevant service agreements and Codes; and
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience in managing motor claims;
- Customer service and claims handling experience (essential);
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills;
- The ability to work independently and within a team; and
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
