Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving growth in your territory through proactive prospecting, account management, and providing trusted advice to customers.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this role involves identifying and developing opportunities within under-penetrated sectors and regions. You will be expected to maintain an accurate pipeline using CRM tools and consistently achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in an outside/field sales role with a proven track record of exceeding targets. They will also possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow sales by building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Manage the full sales cycle, offering tailored solutions across multiple sales channels
  • Identify and develop opportunities within under-penetrated sectors and regions
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline using CRM tools and consistently achieve sales targets
  • Deliver customized presentations and proposals to secure new business
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
  • 3-10 years of experience in an outside/field sales role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically, adapt quickly, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Competitive drive with a customer-first mindset
  • Experience within equipment, transport, or related industries is highly regarded
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
