Regional Sales Leader

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve business goals and drive sales growth. You will establish a structured framework that empowers your direct reports to execute business initiatives and deliver results.
">Key Responsibilities:- Leadership & Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance leadership skills, coaching, and employee development to drive sales performance.
- Clear Expectations & Accountability: Establish measurable objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Onboarding, Upskilling, and Continuous Development: Partner with the Training Team to design and implement comprehensive training programs for employees to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Drive Business:
- Manage sales targets in line with the sales forecast and business plan to maximize revenue growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies across the region to drive business success, growth, and clinical excellence.
- Operational:
- Maintain optimal staffing levels to meet client demand while ensuring productivity and performance.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through superior clinic presentation, customer service, and clinical standards.
- Skills & Experience:
- Hold a tertiary qualification or degree in science, business, or economics.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in retail or audiology, with proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams to meet sales goals.
