Are you a motivated professional seeking a challenging role in high-end luxury residential construction?

We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator/Contracts Administrator to join our team, working on some of Sydney's most prestigious residential builds.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of construction contracts, project timelines, and compliance to take ownership of estimating and contract administration processes.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years' experience as an Estimator or Contracts Administrator in high-end residential construction, with proven experience on projects valued up to $10 million.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for luxury residential projects
  • Manage all aspects of contract administration from pre-construction through to completion
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure project alignment and budget control
  • Use Procore for project management, tendering, variations, and document control
  • Assess subcontractor and supplier quotes, and manage procurement processes
  • Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an Estimator or Contracts Administrator in high-end residential construction
  • Proven experience on projects valued up to $10 million
  • Proficiency in Procore is essential
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, project timelines, and compliance
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage your own workflow, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
