Senior Estimating and Contract Management Professional

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for luxury residential projects. They will manage all aspects of contract administration from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring project alignment and budget control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive and precise cost estimates for high-end residential projects.
  • Manage the entire contract administration process from inception to completion.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure project synchronization and fiscal responsibility.
  • Assess and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes, as well as oversee procurement processes.
  • Monitor and analyze project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to guarantee optimal performance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in estimating or contract administration within high-end residential construction.
  • Proven track record of success on projects valued up to $10 million.
  • Proficiency in Procore is a must-have.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, project timelines, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
