Job Opportunity: Luxury Residential Construction Expert

High-end residential building company seeks a skilled professional to manage estimating and contract administration processes across prestigious projects in Sydney.

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for luxury residential builds.
  • Oversee contract administration from pre-construction to completion.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure project alignment and budget control.
  • Utilize Procore for project management, tendering, variations, and document control.
  • Assess subcontractor and supplier quotes, and manage procurement processes.
  • Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an Estimator or Contracts Administrator in high-end residential construction.
  • Proven experience on projects valued up to $10 million.
  • Proficiency in Procore is essential.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, project timelines, and compliance.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage own workflow, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
