This role involves overseeing estimating and contract administration processes for high-end residential builds.
The ideal candidate will possess experience as an Estimator or Contracts Administrator in luxury residential construction, with proficiency in Procore.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare accurate cost estimates for luxury residential projects
- Manage all aspects of contract administration from pre-construction through to completion
- Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure project alignment and budget control
- Assess subcontractor and supplier quotes, and manage procurement processes
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an Estimator or Contracts Administrator in high-end residential construction
- Proven experience on projects valued up to $10 million
- Proficiency in Procore is essential
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, project timelines, and compliance
