We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the preparation of accurate cost estimates for luxury residential projects.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction contracts, project timelines, and compliance.
- A minimum of 5 years experience as an Estimator or Contracts Administrator in high-end residential construction is required.
- Proven experience on projects valued up to $10 million is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for luxury residential projects
- Manage all aspects of contract administration from pre-construction through to completion
- Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure project alignment and budget control
- Assess subcontractor and supplier quotes, and manage procurement processes
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Estimator or Contracts Administrator in high-end residential construction
- Proven experience on projects valued up to $10 million
- Proficiency in Procore is essential
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, project timelines, and compliance
