Our client is a professional Luxury Residential home Builder based in the Eastern suburbs. They build and renovate high-end Residential projects valued up to $5M.

Job description
Due to their continued growth and expansion, an opportunity has become available for a switched on Contract Administrator to join this already successful team. You will get full training to become a Project Manager down the track, if this is your ambition. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Assisting with all Contract Administration tasks
  • Progress Claims, Scope of works and Variations
  • Running your own projects while getting support from the PM and Director
  • Assisting with the preparation of Tender documents
  • Running and Assisting with overall document control for assigned projects
Your Profile
To be successful you will need to have completed a minimum Cert 4 in Building and Construction or preferably have a Construction Management degree equivalent. You will also have at least 3 - 6 years experience as a Contract Administrator in the Luxury Residential sector. Your outstanding communication skills and job stability will set you apart.
