High-volume residential builder | Secure pipeline | Estimating role with influence
We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our residential construction team.
This role will support our rollout of masterplanned house-and-land communities across Greater Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate BOQs, cost plans and tender submissions
- Work across single & double storey standardised designs
- Liaise with subcontractors, pricing suppliers and internal teams
- Maintain cost libraries and participate in value engineering
- Ensure alignment of cost plans with construction drawings & specs
Your Background:
- 5 years in residential estimating, ideally with a volume builder
- Strong grasp of housing typologies, materials and build methods
- Experience with Databuild, Buildsoft or similar software
- Able to manage multiple projects under pressure with high accuracy
