Founded in 1997, Cumberland Building is a dynamic and fast-paced company within the luxury residential construction sector. We have delivered some of the most stunning homes along the Sydney foreshore and Eastern Suburbs.

The Role – Estimator
We are seeking a highly skilled Estimator to manage the tender process across high-end residential projects. You will:
- Break down drawings in detail and price accurately & competitively
- Visit site to understand the logistics.
- Use and maintain an extensive database of rates.
- Develop strong relationships with subcontractors and consultants
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure seamless project handovers
About You
- Trade or tertiary qualifications
- Proven experience in high-end residential estimating
- Strong trade knowledge and measurement skills
- Excellent communication with consultants and subcontractors
- Solid, stable work history
