The Role – Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Estimator to manage the tender process across high-end residential projects. You will:

  • Break down drawings in detail and price accurately & competitively
  • Visit site to understand the logistics.
  • Use and maintain an extensive database of rates.
  • Develop strong relationships with subcontractors and consultants
  • Work closely with the delivery team to ensure seamless project handovers

About You
  • Trade or tertiary qualifications
  • Proven experience in high-end residential estimating
  • Strong trade knowledge and measurement skills
  • Excellent communication with consultants and subcontractors
  • Solid, stable work history
